Our Organic Tempeh & Mung Bean Stew is an absolute delight! specially when partnered with this amazing aromatic basmati pilaf rice we make with much love and the sweet roasted pumpkin we partner it with.
We created this meal thinking in how we can make vegan food taste better and better!... so we kinda got inspired by the idea of a tomato based sauce, half Italian half Asian style, with chunky, meat-like pieces of tempeh and nutrient-dense mung beans to go hand in hand partnering a really light combo of steamed Asian veggies, carrots and brown rice for a punch of substance!
Nutritionally, this meal contains a decent amount of healthy fibrous carbs that, along with other key minerals and vitamins in the meal, will aid your body in recovery and replenishment.
This meal is also complete in protein, making it a perfect suit to vegans, vegetarians and anyone looking to stay lean and preserve muscle mass..
WARMING UP: Place the meal as it is in the microwave for 1:00min. Alternatively, open up meal and place the food in a bowl or plate and warm up in the microwave for the same time.
