We want you to eat as much vegetables as possible, in all sorts of forms, colours and preparations, so this time they come as an amazingly delicious salad made with some Mexican ingredients and topped off with our special coriander salsa dressing!
Make sure you add this dressing on the salad as it'll turn it into a whole new experience!

TIP: Serve up the salad first and drizzle over the dressing. Add some avocado or guacamole on the side if you have some available.
WARMING UP: Best to have this meal cold. If you'd like something warm though, get a pan with some cooking oil and fry up the tofu for about 4 minutes on medium heat.
