Introducing our newest creation in the menu, this one-of-its-kind organic tempeh and mung bean casserole is the way to go when looking for flavour and clean nutrition.
We created this meal thinking in how we can make vegan food taste better and better!... so we kinda got inspired by the idea of a tomato based sauce, half Italian half Asian style, with chunky, meat-like pieces of tempeh and nutrient-dense mung beans to go hand in hand partnering a really light combo of steamed Asian veggies, carrots and basmati rice for a punch of substance!
This meal provides quality complete protein, fibre, minerals and a whole bunch of micronutrients along with the right amount of slow digesting carbs.. it’ll leave you satisfied and well nourished without feeling about to explode!!
Enjoy this meal at its best, which you get by having the tempeh casserole and its sauce served on a bed of basmati rice and veggie! Soooo F^%$# YummY!!
