VEG Moroccan Lentil & Eggplant Delight - Grilled Halloumi
Fresh, flavoursome, spicy and highly nutritious.. this is what we can attribute to this delicious Moroccan-inspired meal!
The tender roasted eggplant is brought up to life by marinating it with some sriracha sauce, pomegranate molasses, extra virgin olive oil, balsamic and garlic. The lentils are cooked al’dente, with some mild spices to remain balanced yet delicious. They also provide a whole lot of nutrition, like key minerals iron, zinc and manganese, and B vitamins.. all crucial for top performance and wellbeing.
To top this meal off and add a solid dose of complete protein we have our new Grilled Halloumi with herbs, which is an absolute punch of flavour thank to the marination with herbs and spices we make for it! Booomm!! So that’s what we call spot-on!
