A vegan Mediterranean-South American fusion meal with a lot of flavours and nutrition powers!
This meal features our own version of a veggie Paella, full of veggies and flavours, and as always, we’ve added all of our efforts and creativity in making it taste authentic, delicious and of course, very nourishing.
The South American Style Baked Beans are smoky and flavourful, perfect partnering the paella. They also provide a heap load of fibre, protein and micronutrients to keep you energized and well nourished.

CHEF'S TIP: Even though this meal can be enjoyed cold, it's best if eaten hot. Add some extra virgin olive oil and squeeze a touch of lemon juice all over!.
