VEG MINI MEAL PE Style Veggie Paella with Organic Tempeh Stew
This is a mediterranean meal with all the flavour and nutrition you can expect from the merge of Portuguese and Spanish cuisine..just to spoil you all!!
Warning... this meal is seriously addictive! It might be due to the gourmet touch in the veggie Paella, or perhaps the warming tomato flavours of the stew.. we don't know, but the only thing we can guarantee is that this meal will blow your mind!!
It's our own version of a veggie Paella, and as always, we put all our efforts and creativity in making it taste authentic, delicious and of course, very nourishing.
Have this meal after training and benefit from the slow digesting carbs, fibre and protein this meal has to offer.
TIP: Even though this meal can be enjoyed cold, it's best if eaten hot. Add some extra virgin olive oil and squeeze a touch of lemon juice all over just before serving!
