VEG MINI MEAL Rustic Sweet Potato Mash & Green Beans with Organic Herb Tofu
This is an absolutely delicious, naturally sweet and nutritious meal!! It’s full of healthy earthy flavours coming from the herbs and spices we use.
On the veggie department we have a simple -yet delightful- sweet potatoes mashed with fresh herbs and a touch of extra virgin olive oil. We partner it with our favourite super greens: Asparagus and green beans, ensuring a nutritionally complete meal, full of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals needed for top performance.
Providing all the complete protein here is our staple organic grilled tofu with fresh herbs, which many have asked how we can make it taste so great!! Well.. pretty much it’s thanks to being marinated overnight with lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, mixed fresh herbs , garlic and lemon juice!
This meal is a great have-at-any-time option as it is relatively low in carbs and it feels quite light to digest.
A must-have meal and definitely one of our favourites at the moment!!
