Our steamed greens, nuts and lean chicken meals have always been in the menus since we started out in 2013, and the reason why we always keep them going on and on is because we believe that this meal must be in everyone’s diet, week in and week out...all year round!!
Low in carbs, high in fibre and protein, and offering a whole lot of phytonutrients and micronutrients, this meal is a PE staple!
A new Organic Green Thai Tempeh comes pairing with the greens and lends the complete protein in the meal, as well as mouth-watering spicy flavours!

CHEF’S TIP: This meal is so refreshing and nourishing that we recommend having it cold. Think about adding a side of avocado and squeeze the juice of a lemon wedge all over. The green thai tempeh is lovely cold too, but you'll take it to the next level if you warm it up in a pan with a bit of coconut oil for a few minutes!. Then serve it with the greens and the sauce that comes with it.
WARMING UP: Microwave it for 1min. Remove the sauce container prior warming. Ideally warm up in a pan and add the dressing at the end when serving.
