VEG MINI MEAL Twice Cooked Earthy Veg with Quinoa Falafels
As we are well into Autumn already and the days are getting a bit colder and shorter, a sense of coziness is kinda in the air.. So we wanted to offer a meal that is wholesome, hearty and delicious as well as providing that sense of coziness when dinner time is on!
This meals is full of healthy vegetables, cooked in the oven combined with earthy herbs and mediterranean ingredients, and provides a whole bunch of micronutrients to boost your health and keep you strong and well nourished.
It is relatively low in carbs and fat, and high in protein, fibre, vitamins and minerals present in the delicious range of veggies we use to make this meal.
Providing complete protein and a whole bunch of goodness is our new organic Quinoa Falafels, which we make combining a selection of mediterranean ingredients to make them taste amazing! They are the absolute best combination for the veggies and will make you get hooked on this meal!.
Enjoy this meal at anytime as a low carb, paleo style option. Best enjoyed for dinner in our opinion though!
CHEF TIP: Have this meal warmed up in the microwave or for better results, separate the veggies and the falafels in two different skillets and warm up for 3-5min.
