This stew is hearty, very nutritious and contains complete protein and a full range of key minerals and vitamins. It also tastes absolutely delicious!!! This time around we serve it with a simple yet delicious creamy mash potatoes and a fair dose of cancer preventing, health-boosting steamed broccolini!
