With top nutrition lent by fresh avocados, which contain healthy monounsaturated fat and antioxidants, black beans offering fibre and iron,  basmati rice for that aromatic touch and solid carb-replenishing benefits..all those amazing ingredients make the ultimate accompaniment for our staple newly successful South American Style Baked Beans!, Which we make combining chickpeas, kidney beans and cannellini beans with a bunch of delicious veggies and freshly ground spices. 

This meal is a perfect choice for recovery and replenishment following a solid training session as it provides a bunch of micronutrients needed for essential body functions and a great dose of carbs and complete protein to help you feel great and gain lean muscle mass!
